Basic Cremation Service without Viewing or Service | COST: $1,850.00

THIS PLAN INCLUDES ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: 

• Transportation of deceased from place of death (local) to the funeral home. 
• Necessary services of Funeral Director and Staff for obtaining authorizations, completion of death certificate information, gathering of vital statistical information, and notification of Social Security & Veterans (if applicable) offices. 
• Required 24-hour sheltering & refrigeration of deceased. 
• Alternative container (required for cremation of deceased to be in a closed container). 
• The Cremation process.
• Return of the cremains in a minimum cardboard container. 
• (A selection of urns is available for purchase as low as $95). 
• Obituary notice may be placed in a newspaper (charges vary). 
• Certified copies of the death certificate may be purchased. 
• (Charges vary according to state and county of death). 
• Burial of cremains may be arranged (Cemetery fees vary). 
• Additional services may be added by referring to the General Price List. 

A service fee of $50 per month will be charged for cremains stored at our facilities for longer than 30 days.

• Services of Funeral Director and Staff to arrange, conduct viewing & funeral service, obtain authorizations, completion of death certificate, gathering of vital statistical information, and notification of Social Security & Veterans (if applicable) offices.
• Embalming, dressing & cosmetizing of deceased (including removal of medical waste).
• Cremation rental casket & alternative container.
• Use of funeral home for 4 hours of viewing (usually 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM) followed by funeral service the next day or immediately following calling hours.
• The Cremation process.
• Return of the cremains in a minimum cardboard container (A selection of urns is available starting at $95)
• Register book, prayer cards and thank you notes.
• An additional use of hearse charge is added if deceased is taken to church.
• Obituary notice may be placed in a newspaper (charges vary).
