Veronica A Dotts

Veronica A. Dotts, age 78 of Mercer, PA, passed away peacefully, on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at her residence.

Born February 8, 1948 in Sharon, PA, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Susan (Porterfield) Svirbly. She married her first husband Eugene Davidson Sr. and he still survives. She married her second husband Terry Dotts on June 2, 1998, and he preceded her in death in 1997.

Veronica graduated from Sharon High School and for most of her life was a homemaker, but she did work for a short time as a nurse’s aide at John XXIII Home in Hermitage, PA.

Some of her favorite hobbies were knitting, playing Bingo and mostly taking care of her grandkids. She liked giving everyone she could a helping hand.

She is survived by a son Stephen (Jennifer) Davidson, of Sharon, PA, a brother Michael Svibly, of Erie, PA, six grandchildren, Ariana Davidson, William Davidson, Kierstin Jordan, Caitlyn Jordan, Jessica Watters and Madison Watters and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and second husband she was preceded in death by a daughter Theashawn Jordan and her dog Ginger.

There will be no visitation or services at this time.
