Rosemarie Broadhead

Rosemarie Broadhead, age 84, passed away peacefully Monday evening, October 28, 2024, at her residence.

Born December 21, 1939 in Ramapo, New York; she was the daughter of the late James and Dorothy Conklin Gannon.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Sharpsville, where she belonged to the Secret Sisters.

Years ago, she cooked at the Pappa's Drive-ln at New Smyrna Beach, FL; and then worked as a nursing assistant at Golden Age Nursing Home in Daytona Beach, FL.

She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, and playing with her animals.

She is survived by her daughter Cheryl L. Khan of Brookfield, OH; granddaughter Christina Dingus; grandson Matthew Khan, Sr.; 5 more grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband LeGrand S.

Broadhead, Sr., whom she married January 1969 and who passed away November 1993; son Robert T Witt; daughter Patricia Ann Witt Frank; seven sisters; and six brothers.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 12pm Noon to 1:00pm at the Harold Stevenson Funeral Home, LLC, 264 E. State Street, Sharon; with the funeral to follow at Ipm, in the Funeral Home, with Rev. Wayne Sutton, her church pastor, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the First Baptist Church, 185 Union Ave., Sharpsville, PA 16150.

Arrangements are being handled by the Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home LLC, 264 E. state Street, Sharon, PA. 16146.
