Robert E. "Bud" O'Brien

Robert E. “Bud” O’Brien, age 63 of Niles, Ohio, formerly of Sharon, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 3, 2026, at his residence.

Robert was born August 29, 1962, in Sharon, PA, the son of the late Emerson and Mary (Ursta) O’Brien. He married his former wife Rose Burnett on September 15, 1984.

He was a graduate of Sharon High School and was the owner of Ianazone’s Pizza Shop in Brookfield, OH. He also worked for Monoblock as a laborer.

In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, vacationing at the beach and spending time with family.

Surviving are a daughter Vanessa O’Brien and her finance, Rodrigo Cabrera and a son Christopher O’Brien, both of Boca Raton, Fl, two sisters, Shelia O’Brien, of Clearwater, FL, and Mary Clarke, of Sharpsville, PA, his former wife Rose Burnett , of Ohio, and two grandsons, Roman and Carmelo Cabrera.

Robert was preceded in death by a sister Patricia Tomczak.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home LLC, 264 E. State Street, Sharon, PA 16146.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM in the chapel at Morefield Cemetery, with Fr. John Miller officiating. Burial will be Morefield Cemetery.
