Ralph Dean Nasser, of Sharon, PA, passed away on Monday evening, September 12, 2016, at UPMC Hamot Medical Center, in Erie, PA, after being involved in an auto accident. He was 83.
Ralph was born in Derwent, OH, on February 3, 1933, the son of the late Frederick and Ruth E. (Ferrell) Nasser. He graduated from Sharon High School. He served his country by serving in the U.S. Army from 1953-1955.
Ralph had worked as an agent at Western & Southern Life in Hermitage for 25 years, where he was known as " Nipper" by his co-workers. Ralph loved to play bingo and go to casinos. He was of the Methodist faith.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Donna (Dehner) Nasser, whom he married on August 22, 1953. Also surviving are his three sons, Nicholas Nasser and his wife, Brenda, of Vienna, OH, Leonard "Lenny" Nasser of Sharon, PA, Jeffrey Nasser of Greenville, PA, along with his 5 grandchildren, Aaron, Cristie, Lisa, Vince, and Terry, and his 5 great-grandchildren, whom he adored and would show pictures of to anyone he would meet, Kayla, Gabriella, Aiden, Nic, and Emily Jo, his sister, Lois Jean Smith, of Elk Grove, CA, his favorite sister-in-law, Phyllis Dehner, of Pittsburgh, PA, a niece, Cindy, and a nephew, Scott. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Timothy Nasser.

Funeral service at Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home, Sharon, PA. at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 17th, with Rev. Craig Thompson, pastor of East Side Baptist Church in Sharon officiating.
