Marie Viola Johnson

Marie Viola Johnson, of Franklin, TN, formerly of Warren, OH and Sharon, PA, passed away peacefully on Sun.. Dec. 25, 2016 at NHC Place, in Franklin, after an extended illness. She was 88.
Marie was born in Warren, OH on April 15, 1928, the daughter of the late John and Viola (Harshman) Burns.
She had worked as stock clerk at Kmart in Warren, OH., for 10 years. Previous to that, she had worked at the former Rainbow Lanes, also in Warren. Marie loved to travel and spend time with her family. She was of the Protestant faith.
She was the widow of Verl Johnson whom she married on Sept. 21, 1946. He died in 1964. She is survived by her two daughters, Patricia Kaestner and her husband Robert, of Land of Lakes, FL, Deborah Lunte and her husband David, of Mt. Juliet, TN, two sons, John V. Johnson, and his wife Deborah, of Wintergarden, FL and Richard L. Johnson and his wife Michelle, of Lutz, FL, along with 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Beside her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Friends are invited to call on Friday, Dec. 30, 2016, from 4:00 till 7:00 p.m. at Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home, 264 East State St., Sharon, PA 16146..
