Lloyd Joseph Kelly, of Sharon, PA, formerly of Dunkirk NY, passed away unexpectedly on Dec 30, 2017 in Brooks Memorial Hospital, in Dunkirk, after becoming ill while visiting that area. He was 44.
Lloyd was born in Anchorage, Alaska on May 10, 1973, the son of John Lewis Kelly and Sally L. Reiter. After high school, he served his country in the U.S. Army and later earned an Associate's Degree in nursing.
He was employed as a truck driver at Wal-Mart in Woodland, PA, for the last 4 years, but had worked as a truck driver for 20 years.
Lloyd enjoyed being with his family, pets, hunting and movie trivia. He was much loved by all and was known for his incredible sense of humor. He will be missed greatly by all who knew him.
On Oct. 26, 1996, he married the love of his life, Julie (Naples) Kelly, who survives him at home. His family also includes two daughters, Angelique and Andrianna, twin sons, Steven and Jakeb, a granddaughter, Giuliana, his mother Sally and father-in-law, Steve, his father, John and his partner, Ron, his mother-in-law, Connie, his sisters-in-law, Stephanie, and Maria and her husband Stephen. Also surviving are a niece and two nephews. Besides his grandparents and a brother-in-law, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Amber.
A Gathering Time will be held on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home, 264 East State St., Sharon, PA 16146.
A Memorial Service at Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home, Sharon, PA. at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13th, with Becky Hudak, Chaplain at Hospice of the Valley, officiating. Cremation services provided by the funeral home.
