Larry R. Brooks

Larry R. Brooks, age 64, of Sharon, PA, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2025, In Sharon Regional Hospital, due to a prolonged illness.

Born September 2, 1960, in Rochester, PA, he was the son of the late William and Marian (Babel) Brooks. He married the former Rachel Sheets on August 11, 1979, and she survives in Sharon.

Larry worked most of his life as a welder and diesel mechanic for different companies throughout the valley.

In his spare time, he liked to ride his motorcycle, go camping and hiking, visit flea markets, but mostly he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife he is survived by 3 daughters, Stephanie (Jeromy) Fischer, of Sharpsville, PA, Samantha Biggins, of Slippery Rock, PA, and Shannon (Terry) Bowser, of Hermitage, PA, two sons, Brandon Brooks, of Sharpsville, PA, and Christopher (Jaclyn) Brooks, of Cranberry Twp., PA, a brother, Brian (Gloria) Brooks, of E. Liverpool, OH, a sister, Jayne (John)  Shriver, of Wellsville, OH, and nine grandchildren.

Larry was preceded in death by a son Adam Brooks and a son-in-law Michael Biggins.

In keeping with Larry's wishes there will be no visitation or services.
