Keith E. Price

Keith E Price, age 57, of 141 Bestwick Rd. Mercer, PA formerly of Liberty twp., OH and Dallas, TX. passed away peacefully on Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012 at 12:05 p.m. in Sharon Regional Health System, after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Keith was born in Warren, Ohio on July 23, 1955, the son of the late Daniel W. and Phyllis (Wardle) Price. He was a 1973 graduate of Liberty High School.
He had worked as Vice President in charge of private banking at Bank of America ,Dallas, YX., for 30 years. Previously, he had worked at the former Union National Bank in Youngstown,OH and at the former Strouss Department Store in Boardman, OH. Keith enjoyed collecting model trains and cars.
He is survived by his sister, Diane E. Price, of Mercer, PA, his brother, Brian Price and his wife, Diane, of Boardman, OH and his niece, Emily Price, also of Boardman,OH. Also survivng are his "Buddy" Loretta Edwards, of Mercer, PA, along with several friends in the Dallas, TX area.
His family would like to thank everyone from Sharon Regional Health System Hospice & Palliative Care for their wonderful care and friendship, with special thanks to his caregiver, Debbie Wilson.
