Judith E. "Judy" Chase, of 800 Linden Street ,Sharon, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 4:18 p.m. in her residence. She was 67.
Judy was born in Sharon, PA on September 23, 1946, the daughter of the late William and Emma (Nicholson) Hinds. She was a 1964 graduate of Hickory High School.
She had worked as a waitress at many area restaurants. Judy also entertained as the clown known as "Whoopsy Daisey".
Judy enjoyed cooking, attending the Senior Group at the Salvation Army, going on trips to casinos,and in her younger years, playing bingo with her Mom. Judy loved spending time with her family and dear friends.
She is survived by her son, Herbert Q. Weiser III of Hubbard, OH and her daughter, Renee Ashman, also of Hubbard, two granddaughters, Jamie Bowers of Brookfield, Oh and Brianna Ashman, of Hubbard, OH. She is also survived by three sisters, Sandra McClure of Farrell, PA, Patricia Durman and Linda Howard, both of Sharon, PA, and one brother, David Hinds of Tennessee, along with her best friends, Peggy Ryan and Linda Vanderveen, both of Hermitage, PA, as well as many other dear friends.
Donations in her memory may be made to Family Hospice and Palliative Care, 1965 Shenango Valley Freeway, Hermitage, PA 16148 or to the Salvation Army, Fisher Hill, Sharon, PA 16146.

Funeral service at Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home, Sharon, PA. at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 21st, with Rev Jeffrey Harter, Chaplain of Family hospice and Palliative Care officiating.
Interment at Oakwood Cemetery, Hermitage, PA.
