John H. Shipp

John H. Shipp, age 81, of Farrell, PA, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, in UPMC Jamison Hospital, New Castle, Pa.

Born March 11, 1943, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, he was the son of the late Jack and Genola (Shaw) Shipp.

John worked as an Iron Worker and was a member of the United Steel Workers.

In his spare time, he loved to work on cars.

He is survived by his long-time companion, Tina L. Smith of Farrell, PA, a daughter, Brittany L. Shipp of Texas, a sister Linda Mims, of Alabama, two grandchildren and two step-brothers, Dana and George Shipp.

Preceding him in death were a brother, Milo Shipp, a sister, Sandra Loosemore and two grandchildren.

In keeping with John's wishes, there will be no visitation or services at this time.
