Jeffery A. Metz

Jeffery A. Metz, age 61, of Sharon, PA, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024, at his residence.

Born July 21, 1963, in Sharon, PA, he was the son of the late Albert I. and Nancy (Divens) Metz.

Jeffery was a 1981 graduate of Wilmington High School. Most of his employment career was working as a mechanic for both Lump Rent-A-Car and Flynn's Tire. He also worked as a carpenter for Floor Coverings International.

He Liked NASCAR, working on cars and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Jeffery is survived by two step-daughters, Maria (Kyle) Hollobaugh, of Howland, OH, and Amber Edeburn, of Florida, a brother Bob Metz, of Canton, OH, three sisters, Suzanne Vasconi, of W. Middlesex, PA, Diane Haase- Gunde, of Maryland and Amy Garnett, of Masury, OH, three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister Barb Fair and a nephew Robert Metz Jr.

In keeping with Jeffery's wishes, there will be no visitation or services.

Arrangements are being handled by the Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home LLC, 264 E. State Street, Sharon Pa, 16146.
