Jacqueline A. Blair, of. Hermitage, passed away peacefully on Friday, Dec. 11, 2015, at 7:12 p.m., at Nugent CCRC, in Hermitage, after an extended illness. She was 87.
She was born in New Kensington, PA on March 23, 1928, the daughter of the late Ludwig and Agnes Urban. She was a graduate of Hickory High School
Jacqueline married her husband, Eugene H. Blair on April 12, 1948. He died on Aug. 29, 2000. She had worked helping her husband with tax preparation over the years with husiness, E.H. Blair Enterprises.
She liked to bowl and do ceramics. She especially enjoyed her times with her daughter on long rides, sitting by the water, photo shoots with her sister, and spending time with all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Being an animal lover, she loved her cats very much. Jacqueline attended IHS Gospel Ministries in Hermitage.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Sue Ellen Blair, of Sharpsville, PA, her grandchildren, Tim Dye and his wife, Trisha, Terry Dye, Adam Dye and his fiancee', Leah, Gene Blair and his wife, Stephanie, Emily Kettering and her husband, Brad, and Bryan Blair, 13 great-grandchildren, and her sister, Audrey Pollack, of Grove City, PA. Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Gene Edward Blair, and her brother, John Urban.

Friends are invited to pay their respects to her family at a Celebration of Life Service at IHS Gospel Ministries, Hermitage, PA at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 17th, with Rev. Charles Eckles officiating.
