Ila Jane Miller

Ila Jane Miller, of  Mercer, formerly of Sharon, PA passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 17, 2018, in Avalon Springs in Mercer, after an extended illness. She was 87.
Ila was born in Braddock, PA on February 19, 1931, the daughter of the late Charles Alfred and Kathleen (Robinson) Miller. She graduated from Mt. Lebanon High School and Baldwin-Wallace College.
She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in  Sharon,  the Home League of the Salvation Army and it's Senior Citizen Group, the Degree of Honor Lodge 47, the Mental Health Association of Mercer County and the Keystone Blind Association.  Ila had worked as a secretary at Mental Health Association of Mercer County.
Ila is survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Charles A. Miller Jr. and a half brother, Edward B. Miller.

Funeral service at Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home, on Thursday at 1:00 p.m.. with Rev. Rick Stauffer, of Covenant Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery in Sharon.
