Ethel L. Coppage

Ethel L. Coppage, age 101, formerly of Hermitage, PA, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at SAINT PAUL'S HEALTH CENTER, in Greenville, Pa.

Ethel was born in S. Pymatuning Twp., PA, on February 3, 1924, a daughter of the late Clara (Taylor) and David Mattocks.

She was the widow of Arleigh O. Coppage Sr. whom she married on August 5, 1940 and he passed away July 10, 1983.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Sharpsville.

Ethel is  survived by three daughters, Sandra Ellenberger, of Mercer, PA,;
Barbara Brown, of Titusville, PA, and Janis Tidd, of Meadville, PA,;
a son,Arleigh "Skip" O. Coppage Jr., of Sharon, PA,.12 Grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 22 great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her Parents, Husband, 4 Brothers, 5 Sisters and a grandson - Brian Chase.

There are no services scheduled at this time.
Mausoleum Entombment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Vienna OH.
