David William Ingraham, of South Euclid, OH, formerly of Fowler, OH, died on Monday, June 30, 2014 after accidentally drowning in Lake Erie while vacationing at Geneva On The Lake, OH. He was 62.
David was born in Sharon, PA on November 29, 1951, the son of the late Edward Charles Ingraham Sr. and Virginia Louise (Stewart) Ingraham. He was a 1969 graduate of Sharon High School & earned a B.S. Degree in accounting from Grove City College. He then went on to earn an MBA in Business Management from Youngstown State University.
David worked in the accounting department at Private Trust Company in Ohio. He also had worked for D & L Energy and the Cafaro Corp., both in Youngstown, OH, and Honey Creek Construction in New Middletown, OH. Previously, he was part owner of the former Hometown Video stores in Hermitage, Greenville, and Meadville, PA.
He was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church Lyndhurst, OH., where he had served as an usher.
David enjoyed life, especially spending time with his dog, Pearl.
He is survived by his wife, the former Roselyn R. Best, whom he married on March 15, 1975. She survives in Fowler, OH. Also surviving are his daughter, Ami Gervais and her husband, Justin, and two grandchildren , Aiden and Leah Gervais, all of Sharon, PA, his son, Edward Ingraham and his companion, Margaret Kalimon, of Pittsburgh, PA , and his brother, Edward C. "Butch" Ingraham Jr. and his wife, Wanda of Colorado Springs, CO.

A Gathering Time will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, from 4-6:00p.m. at Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home, 264 East State St., Sharon, PA 16146.
Memorial Service at at Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home, Sharon, PA. at 6:00p.m. on Tuesday, July 15th, with Rev. Michael Lozano of Christ Lutheran Church, Sharon and Rev. Tom Fox of Messiah Lutheran Church, Lyndhurst, OH officiating. Cremation services provided by the funeral home.
Interment at Riverside Cemetery, in Sharpsville, PA.
