David R. Croft

David R. Croft, age 71, of Farrell, Pa, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 23,2024, in Sharon Regional Hospital.

Born October 23, 1952, in Sharon, PA, he was the son of the late Robert and Mary (Griffith) Croft.

David was a 1972 graduate of Sharon High School and worked as a cashier at both Giant Eagle and Sharon News Stand.

He liked reading and spending time on his computer but most of all David enjoyed being around his nieces and nephews and great nieces. He was a former member of St. Joseph's Church and the Knights of Columbus,

Surviving are a sister Beth (Ali) Amiralai, of Hermitage, PA, two brothers Jeffery Croft, of Farrell, PA, and Timothy Croft, of Sharon, PA, an aunt Diane Griffith, of Hermitage, PA, three nieces, two nephews and three great-nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents and both sets of grandparents.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home LLC, 264 E. State Street, Sharon, PA. 16146. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM in the funeral home, with the Rev. Richard Carlson officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
