Daniel H. Mitchell

Daniel H. Mitchell, age 70, of Mercer, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 30, 2024 in UPMC Jameson Hospital, New Castle, PA.

He was born September 29, 1954 in Sharon, PA, to the late Francis and Ruth (Davis) Mitchell.

Dan married the love of his life Rosemary on December 10, 1981. He was a former truck driver for Yourga Trucking in Wheatland, PA, and served in the U S Army.

Dan enjoyed taking his antique car to car shows, as well as camping and spending time with family and friends.

He leaves behind his wife of 43 years, Rosemary Mitchell, a step-son Richard Pizor (Megan), sister-in-law Theresa Hanniball (Mike Pirone), brother-in-law Frank Iannacone (Linda), a brother Tim Mitchell (Carla), a sister-in-law Carrie Mitchell, three step- grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren, three nieces and four great nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother John Mitchell.

A private service will be held at a later date.
