Chloann Dufford

Chloann Griffith Dufford, age 82, of Sharpsville, PA. passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at her residence with her loving family by her side.
Born July 22, 1936 in Sharon, PA; she was the daughter of the late John W. and Betty Mae Kerr Griffith. Chloann married John R. Dufford on August 9, 1954 and he preceded her in death on May 9, 1978.
Chloann was predominantly a homemaker but did work as a cashier for various stores in the area. She was a 1954 graduate of Sharon High School and attended Sharon Business Institute. Her hobbies included crocheting, sewing, cooking, watching sporting events and taking care of her plants. Chloann was a member of  Sharon Baptist Church where she took attendence every Sunday.
She is survived by three daughters, Kathy A. Neeley and her husband Martin of Sharon, PA; Darlene M. Dufford of Hermitage, PA; and Johnene R. Dufford - Penn and her husband Michael of Hermitage, PA;  three sisters Marilyn Fuge of Mercer, PA; Sandra Jean Gonder of Woodbury, MN; and Sharon Lynn Stoner of Greenville, PA; and four granddaughters, Aimee, Jerilyn, Lindsay and Chelsea.
She was preceded in death by two brothers Jack and Albert Griffith.
Visitation will be held Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Harold W. Stevenson Funeral Home LLC, 264 E. State Street, Sharon, Pa. 16146. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm with the Rev. Randy Emmorey officiating. Burial will be in Morefield Cemetery.
