Charlotte A. Meeks, age 69, of Hermitage, PA, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2026, in UPMC Jameson Hospital, with her loving family by her side.

Born July 16, 1957, in Sharon, PA, she was the daughter of the late Chester C. and Helen (Ferencik) Everett.

She married her first husband, Okey L. Truman, on March 12, 1976 and married her second husband Raymond C. Meeks in 2007 and he preceded her in death in 2017.

Charlotte was a 1974 graduate of Hickory High School, where she was on the Varsity Rifle Team. She worked at Orangeville Nursing Home and later for Consumer Support Services. She loved her job, helping people.

She was baptized a Jehovah’s Witness. In her spare time, she loved singing Karaoke, dancing, cooking, planting flowers all around the house, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.

Charlotte is survived by two daughters, Marcella Truman (James R. Stull), and Leeanna H. Truman (Jeffery Zona), both of Hermitage, PA, three grandchildren, Tyler (Brooke) Stull, Roseanna Stull and Kyle Spaulding, a half sister Shirley Everett and a nephew Christopher (Ginger) Stewart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Majorie A. Everett.

In keeping with Charlotte’s wishes there will be no visitation or services at this time.
